Something that you will have to do is show me a plan. I need to know what you need to do to create or design these toys. If you incorporate your Photoshop/Illustrator skills and your 3D skills, target the 'toy' to an audience, create some promotional material for your toy etc, then I might be able to consider your idea.

As I mentioned to you in class the other day, I recommend that you have a back-up project in case your toy project idea doesn't stand up to this subjects requirements.

I will try to get a formal assignment guide to you all soon, but do to the subject complexity, it's taking me some time to write up the assignment guide.

For now, you should go through the standard process for any project.

1. Brainstorm your project idea
2. Create a basic WBS (tasks) that you think are involved with your project
3. Try to determine any resources that you will need to accomplish your project
4. Create a basic schedule that will demonstrate how you will manage your project
5. Draw pictures of your characters, page layout, game level, storyboards... What ever is relevant to your project.

The above list should be enough for now to get you all going. We are in week two now so you should have a solid idea about what your project is by now.
